Quote Taken from the ‘Hang It Yourself 2012’ Catalogue:

“Tabitha Mann’s arresting and exquisitely lit portraits of twin sisters are the best images she has contributed to PhotoAccess group shows since she was one of our youngest participants only two years ago.”

Website Design Report

Below are the screen shots to my website design research report I completed last term, just got my feedback and I am very happy with my results.
This part of project 2 was extremely useful when it came to designing my own mockup in Photoshop to late become my website's design.

Web Preview

Tonight I imported my Photoshop interface design into Dreamweaver via saving my slices last class.
This process took a couple of goes to get the hang of as I thought it would but I'm very happy with how it looks in a web preview. (shown above)

Slice n' Dice

In the last Web Design Class I sliced up my interface design to get it ready for Dreamweaver.
I had to select each part of my page and name it and copy down the measurements so I can easily add them into a CSS style sheet.

Finished Design Mock up

This is the finished mock up of my website design, I'm really happy with the finished result, the mock up has gone through many changes in colour and in it's typographic elements.
The main inspiration for this design comes from Sally Mann's website; her website is centered on the page like mine rather than having the heading and nav bar on the left.

Interface Mock Up Progress

Here is the new look for my interface mock up, influenced by the other websites I researched for my report I have chosen to have my header and nav bar centered on the page. Now I just need to work out what to put at the footer - most likely copyright, and perhaps a large image in the middle of the page so the viewer is aware of my style of photography. I may also change my mind on the background colour  as it is looking a little too girly!
